FOUNDER

Eazy Recruiting was founded by Marie-Luise Schiller and is based in beautiful Hamburg. Marie brings extensive experience from recruitment consultancy and interim recruiting since 2012.

 

In her previous positions, she was part of the management team of a renowned American recruitment consultancy. As an experienced recruitment manager, she led several teams that were instrumental in setting up the first German production site for a leading global electric car manufacturer.

 

Through her numerous projects as an interim recruitment manager, Marie has gained valuable experience in a wide range of industries in various companies, from innovative start-ups to large global corporations.
